Partial Refunds
We will provide a partial refund for your order, minus any applicable payment gateway and processing charges (typically 2% to 3%), if:
- You cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it. The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Important Note:
We cannot waive payment gateway and processing charges under any circumstance, even in cases of full refunds. These fees are incurred by Devanox each time a transaction is processed, regardless of whether a refund is issued later.
